Yes you can.

First copy the folder to a secondary drive.
Second start>>RUN>>regedit
Third CTRL F – Search for the string MSOCache

Change the Drive letter to your new drive letter.

For example:

C:\MSOCache\All Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\

To

S:\MSOCache\All Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\

Hit F3 to do the search again and find the other strings to change using the same method. There will be several.

I recently just did this to free up much needed space on a clients C drive.
