I came accross this one today.

Here is how to fix.

1. Click ok.
2. Find the ‘TSP1-wave.dll’ file found in the ‘C:\Program Files\Wave Systems Corp\Common\NTRU12’ folder
3. Copy and then rename to ‘Tsp.dll’ and then move it to ‘C:\WINDOWS\system32’.
4. Reboot and the error should not appear anymore.

I follow the same procedure but , instead of renaming ‘TSP1-wave.dll’ to Tsp.dll, I try renaming it to tsp1.dll instead , it works on me

    good luck ! ! !

you need to rename it TSP1.DLL, But it keeps getting removed sometime after I reboot, (and when I reboot the problem reappears) so I’m guessing the Tso1-wave.dll has been compromised, possibly hacked.
